Explore Creative Expressions
Welcome to the learning side! I teach hoop dance with a focus on intuitive movement, foundational technique, and creative play. As I build out local offerings, workshops, and immersive experiences, this space is where you’ll find upcoming opportunities to learn, connect, and grow your flow practice.
About Me
Hi, I’m Rachel!, aka HoopRambler.
Hoop dance gave me a sanctuary for self-empowerment, healing, and play. As a flow teacher and retreat instructor, I share movement that celebrates curiosity, body awareness, and creative freedom. It’s never too late to pick up a hoop and find your flow!
