Starting as an adult is easy with an Beginner Hoop with PE tubing for on-body flow or a smaller hoop in ¾ or 5/8 for off-body moves. I also offer shorter 15-minute sessions for discussing general hoop questions (what hoop to buy, how to start, what to wear, etc).
